It sounds like the setting that allows the app to use cellular data has been toggled off somehow. This is easy to find though. Go to your phone settings, then scroll down until you find Alarm. You should see a toggle for Cellular Data which needs to be toggled to the right for it to be active. If you email our team they can provide some details on why you received so many low battery messages along with tips for anything else you're curious about.
